I am tired of these people at work who call me and boss me around. They tell me off simply for the fact that the person I transferred them to is at lunch and not available. Well I'll tell you what! I'm SICK of it! So I've decided I'm going to stop being nice Shannon and become professional, robotic Shannon who doesn't emote at ALL on the phone. That way, maybe they won't react as much either because all they hear on their side is a young, nice sounding, impressionable girl. NO MORE!
