Savannah, continued...

Random pirates walking around River Street!

Me in front of the trolley. I highly recommend you do this if you're ever in Savannah!

My Oggy too. He complains because he's always taking the pictures. How is that my fault if you like to take control of the camera, my dear?

Weird, for some reason, the above picture won't let me delete it, and it won't let me rotate it!

Our feet on the gorgeous cobblestone roads...check out my cute Ugg's!

There were a bunch of squares ... we saw at least a dozen. They were all gorgeous and amazing!

There was a lot of unique iron work on some of the most expensive historical homes. This one was on a street where the homes are all valued from 2-15 million. Not too shabby.

There's a law in Savannah that all the homes have to look similar. There's only a small section of town that isn't governed by that law, and people can do whatever they want. This was an example. This house made me think of August Boatwright's home in the book "The Secret Life of Bees". If you haven't read it, READ IT. It's one of my absolute favorites and you won't regret it! It's historical, emotional and fabulous. Love it!

glad you got to take a break! sounds like you needed one. Sorry to hear what happened with your job, but hopefully oyou can find something that you enjoy a little better. I've been in the same place - paid a lot of money for doing not much but answering phones. But, i got bored and didn't enjoy it too. Hopefully you'll find something that 0suits you better! You have way too much energy to be put behind a desk! =)
